Carpet Cornhole Bags - The Players Choice
So what is a carpet cornhole bag? When people talk about a carpet cornhole bag they are referring to a cornhole bag made out of a specific type of fabric us cornhole bag makers label as carpet. Carpet fabric is one of the slower fabrics used in professional cornhole bags.
Out With The Suede -
Cornhole players like using a slow fabric that allows them to throw blockers in the way of their opponent. Suede was the number one fabric used when you wanted to play that dirty blocking game. The downside of suede is that stuff sticks like a booger to a wall. And that's where carpet fabric became the go to fabric for the slow side of the bag.
No Boogers Here -
Since carpet fabric doesn't stick like super glue to the boards, you still have the ability to roll, cut, block, slide and bounce around your opponents bags. Carpet bags also make collecting your own bags much easier to push up to and into the hole.
Play In Humidity -
Another plus of carpet bags is they play in humidity. Most fabrics get sticky when the humidity kicks in. You may find that carpet fabric actually speeds up during those humid conditions.
The Razor Knuckle -
Not all carpet bags are created equal. When we released the Razor Knuckle carpet bags, we were quickly told they are the most hole friendly carpet bags anyone's ever used. We paired the carpet fabric with our fast Razor material, the combination remains lethal to this day.
The Razor Podium -
After the Razor Knuckles came the Razor Podium carpet bags. Another carpet bag hit, again hole friendly, and now for the 2024 season we have added our RZ3+ mixed resin, and added a Free Flow Liner to the inside of the bags. Our F.F.L. allows the resin to move with less friction, resulting in better hole action, resulting in more wins.
The Razor Terror -
We also have the Razor Terror, a carpet bag for those that like a full feeling bag in their hand. Not everyone loves throwing a floppy bag. Some want that full bag that pushes like a tank, you'll definitely want the Razor Terror. We have a new fast fabric that is only used on the Terror, and wow does that stuff drip in the hole like melted butter. Once your Terrors are broken in, they may become your favorite bag of all time.

Our newest carpet bag is the Razor Bone. Herringbone fabric has become a real hit in the cornhole industry. We took our herringbone and paired it with our proven fast Razor material, oh boy watch out. This bag is awesome, one of our go to bags here at the shop. Since its release for the 2024 season the Razor Bones have been thrown here daily. Once we had them broke in they were magical.
